Dhaulagiri Expedition Permit Issued: The Autumn 2026 Journey Begins

8K Expeditions is pleased to announce the official issuance of the Dhaulagiri Expedition permit for Autumn 2026, marking the start of another remarkable chapter in high-altitude mountaineering.

We are honored to have Mr. Paul Reid Clarke leader of the expedition to Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), the seventh-highest mountain in the world and one of Nepal's most challenging 8,000-meter peaks. With the permit officially issued, the journey now moves from planning to action a journey that will require strong teamwork, careful preparation, resilience and determination from everyone involved.

The permit has been issued. The preparations have begun. Dhaulagiri awaits.

We wish the entire team a safe, successful and memorable expedition as they embark on this remarkable Himalayan adventure.
