Trip Overview

Climmb Lobuche East (6119m) Peak in 2025 is one of the most popular 6000m peaks ideal for aspirant mountaineers. The first ascent to this wonderful peak was made by Laurence Nielson and Ang Gyalzen Sherpa on the 25th of April, 1984. Since then it has been a top choice for climbers aiming for 8000m as it allows an adequate opportunity for acclimatization while also offering enough practice with gears and equipment in the ice, snow, and rocks. Besides, keen adventure seekers choose this peak to fulfill their dreams of mountaineering with adventure.

The major feature of the Climbing Lobuche East (6119m) Peak in 2025 is that it is an introductory peak to Himalayan Climbing which is doable in a comparatively shorter period of time. With fewer technical challenges and medium-level difficulty, Lobuche East (6119m) Peak is suitable for those with good physical fitness and experience of high-altitude trekking. Lobuche East, however, distinguished from Lobuche West Peak by a long, deeply notched ridge, is more popular and more often climbed than the Lobuche West Peak.

Best Season to Climb Lobuche East (6119m) Peak in 2025

The best season to climb Lobuche East (6119m) Peak in 2025 is between March to May when winds are calmer, the days are sunny, temperatures are mild and the trail is gorgeous with green dense forests, raging rivers and streams, the soothing sounds of the birds and animals, and the uninterrupted views of the grand massifs throughout the trail. The lakes are shining with crystal clear water while the glacial lakes shine in turquoise. The overall journey gets even more beautiful during these months.

So, we suggest you to plan your adventure in Spring and Autumn for the utmost travel experience.
