8K Climbing Team Departed For Pakistan Expedition 2023

Today marks a monumental moment as our entire team of 23 passionate climbers from 8K Expeditions sets out on a remarkable K2 & Broad Peak expedition to Pakistan, departing from Kathmandu today on 14th June 2023 Early morning.

Our Team will be meeting all our International members in Islamabad Pakistan and together they will be heading to Skardu (Gilgit) by Pakistan domestic flight and will continue their trekking to K2 & Broad Peak for the big Climb.

Pakistan, a land of rugged beauty, is home to some of the world's most magnificent and awe-inspiring mountains. This year we have a total of 44 Climbing Teams which includes 20 international professional climbing Members & 24 8K Climbing Sherpa for Pakistan Expedition 2023 which includes all (5 x 8000ers) highest peaks Expedition in Pakistan given below: 

  1. K2 - Standing tall at 8,611 meters, K2 is the crown jewel of Pakistan's mountains.   2. Nanga Parbat - Rising to 8,126 meters, Nanga Parbat is the world's ninth-highest mountain. Its isolated location and steep faces earned it the nickname "Killer Mountain."   3. Broad Peak - With an elevation of 8,047 meters, Broad Peak offers a thrilling mountaineering experience. It sits in close proximity to K2, and its pyramid-like shape adds to its allure.   4. Gasherbrum I (Hidden Peak) - At 8,080 meters, Gasherbrum I, also known as Hidden Peak, is the 11th-highest mountain in the world.   5. Gasherbrum II - With a height of 8,035 meters, Gasherbrum II completes the trio of Gasherbrum peaks. Though slightly lower in elevation, it is no less impressive. The mountain's beauty, combined with the technical difficulties it presents, makes it a coveted destination for climbers. 8K Team Fueled by a shared love for mountaineering and a relentless pursuit of adventure, we are prepared to push the boundaries of our abilities and conquer new heights in the majestic mountains of the Karokarum Range with safety & service as our top priority where the team will be spending 1 month in Pakistan to complete the entire Expedition.
