With heavy hearts, 8K Expeditions mourns the lives lost on Broad Peak in the avalanche on July 31, 2026. "Our thoughts and deepest condolences go out to the families, friends, and loved ones of all the climbers who perished in this heartbreaking incident.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the rescue teams and all those involved in the recovery efforts, who worked tirelessly under extremely difficult conditions. Their dedication and bravery in the face of such adversity are truly commendable.
