However, hundreds of mountaineers and trekkers have visited this remotely hidden treasure since the prohibition was lifted. This could be a perfect chance for experiencing an astonishing level of trekking in the Himalayas as it offers diversified vegetation, bewitching landscapes, antique cultural and religious heritage sites and diverse ethnic groups. Moreover, travelers can experience trekking through Larke Pass (5,420m) considered to be an arduous pass of this region. Trekking to Larke Peak is believed to be sturdy in terms of its elevation. An excellent level of fitness is demanded to accomplish higher altitudes as one must endure the climb to the summit of Larke Peak (6,249m) and Larke Pass (5,420m) during the climb. Nevertheless, trekkers can relish the journey as the place offers some spellbinding sights of some of the endangered animals like musk deer, red panda, black beer, gray wolf, blue sheep and more than 33 species of mammals comforting altitude problems.
